What this service is — and is not
Visalia Plumber Pro is an independent local resource, not a plumbing contractor. We publish cost and repair research for Visalia-area homeowners and pass requests to independent, licensed California plumbing companies who do the actual work. We are not a plumbing contractor and do not hold a contractor's license; we do not perform, quote, schedule, or supervise plumbing work, and we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with a plumbing company. We do not guarantee the price, timeline, quality, licensing status, or insurance coverage of any company we pass a request to. Plumbing work in California is licensed by the Contractors State License Board under the C-36 Plumbing Contractor classification, which covers water supply, drain and waste piping, gas piping, water heaters, and the maintenance of those systems. No warranty; limitation of liability
This site and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We research and source the cost figures, licensing rules, permit requirements, and technical guidance we publish, but prices, regulations, and conditions change, and we do not guarantee their accuracy for your specific property — verify time-sensitive figures with the company quoting your job, and legal, code, or permit requirements with the relevant government office. Guides on this site describe checks a homeowner can make safely — closing a shut-off valve, looking at a meter, not running water during a backup; you are responsible for your own safety and for deciding when to stop and call a licensed professional, and nothing on this site should be read as an instruction to open a sewer cleanout, work on a gas appliance, or handle sewage without protection. To the fullest extent permitted by law, AuthenitcBrand, LLC and Visalia Plumber Pro are not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site, your reliance on its content, or your dealings with any company referred through this service.

Consent given at submission names the receiving business — Visalia Plumber Pro and the independent plumbing company connected to your request. If your request is later passed to a different company not named when you submitted it, we will obtain that company's own consent from you before it sends you automated marketing messages.
Phone calls and call recording
By providing a phone number, you consent to be contacted by Visalia Plumber Pro and the matched independent plumbing company about your request, including by phone, which may involve autodialed or prerecorded calls or texts consistent with applicable law. Calls to our tracked number may be recorded — California requires all-party consent to call recording (California Penal Code § 632; see our Privacy Policy for how consent is disclosed on the call). Consent to be contacted is not required to obtain plumbing services generally, but it is necessary to use this referral service, since we can only pass on a request if a company can reach you.
Third-party matching
Visalia Plumber Pro connects you with independent, third-party plumbing companies. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, statements, pricing, scheduling, permits, or work quality of any company we refer. Any dispute regarding work performed is between you and that company; its contractor's license bond and written warranty are your recourse.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a request, not to submit requests on behalf of someone who has not asked you to, not to use this site for any unlawful purpose, and not to attempt to disrupt, scrape, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual property
The content on this site — including text, cost-data compilations, local-fact research, guides, and design — is owned by AuthenitcBrand, LLC or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission, except for personal, non-commercial reference. Photographs are licensed stock imagery and are not depictions of any referred company's work.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
